Plug valves require a significant amount of maintenance to function properly. Flowback Operators often overlook or neglect to do preventative greasing on flowback locations for a variety of reasons. This can cause flowback companies to have thousands of dollars in damage to equipment that is not able to be billed back to the E&P. Production locations are often not greased frequently enough to have the valves functioning at optimal levels. Having the proper grease, greasing intervals, equipment, and technicians makes a huge difference in the performance of your equipment and operation. Set up a meeting with GATOR to learn more about
GATOR's Frac Grease Rigs and Skids are equipped with high-pressure grease and extreme friction grease to all types of valves found on a Completions location. GATOR can grease the flowback plug valves, the wellhead, and the Christmas Tree.
GATOR's Grease Rigs are set up with drums of high-pressure grease to efficiently and effectively grease inline valves to keep the valves in prime operating condition. We create a schedule to grease all inline valves regularly. In the event valves need to be rebuilt, GATOR stocks rebuild kits and have at least one rebuild station on each rig. After completing the rebuilds, the valves will be tested with a mounted hydrostatic unit, and a chart will be generated for your records. If a valve fails the hydrostatic test, GATOR has an inventory of new 2", 2"x1", and 3" plug valves on the grease rig if the customer requires a new valve.
GATOR can grease any valves that need to be greased on your rig, including Low Torque Valves, BOPs, and any other high-pressure grease applications. The greases used are of high quality and rated to handle the environment in which they need to perform.
